The Competition
The CI Club presents Flow.
A panel of judges will be faculty members of SCI.
Requirements
An image that express the theme – Flow – best. Any individuals photographed must be portrayed respectfully and positively. Explicit and lewd images will be disqualified.
Considerations
The judges will be looking for originality, creativity and vision in the photos.

Photos must be at least 300 dpi, in the largest possible size (without any image quality loss). A short description of no more than 100 words explaining the inspiration and vision for the spread is required.
Deadlines
The closing date for all submissions is 13 March 2009.
Terms and Conditions
Entry and eligibility:
a) The competition is open to students of WKWSCI.
b) By entering the competition entrants agree to these terms and conditions:
1) All entries must be received by 9 March 2009;
2) Each entry must be clearly submitted with full particulars;
3) Images submitted should not be entered for any other photography competition and/or have been published before;
4) Entrants must own copyright in all entries and by entering this competition, entrants warrant that their entries do not infringe the rights of any third party;
5) Images must not contain obscene or inappropriate content;
6) The judges reserve the right to reject any images for any reasons.
Use of materials:
a) Entrants agree that the organizers shall have the right, but not the obligation, to exhibit and reproduce, and authorise others to reproduce, the winning entries for all publicity and promotional purposes connected to the competition, including exhibitions and calendars.
b) Reproduction Rights of Organisers and Sponsors: The organisers and sponsors reserve the right to free reproduction and exhibition of the submitted images in all media, printed and on-line. The copyright will, at all times, be retained by the photographer and, where an image or images are reproduced by the organiser or sponsors, the photographer will be credited suitably.
By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all the Competition Rules. Any breach of these terms by an entrant will void their entries. The organisers reserve the right to amend any of these terms without prior notice.
